Moving to this country 35 years ago and settling in the Pacific Northwest taught me the value of a solid foundation. Whether I’m navigating a complex negotiation or picking up a hammer to prep a home for a rental through Mr. Small Jobs, I look at every property through the eyes of an owner, not just an agent.
Why "Atlas"?
I named this firm after my son, Atlas. But the name also represents the role I play for you!
I chose the name because I believe a professional should carry that weight for their clients. I work selectively—representing no more than two sellers at a time—so I can remain calm, objective, and fully present for the people who trust me with their future.

Before I became a licensed agent, I spent years on the other side of the table as a client. I worked with many professional, kind agents, but I always walked away from the closing table with the same nagging question: In a modern world, is a 6% commission truly justified?
When I decided to get my own license, I made a promise to do things differently. I wanted to prove that you could provide high-end, expert results without the sky-high commissions that eat away at a family’s equity.
I created Atlas Listing for people who, like me, believe that professional expertise should be transparent, personal, and—above all—fair
